Between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, 730 km from Paris, capital of the vast area of Midi Pyrenees, Toulouse is the fourth largest city of France. With more than 700.000 inhabitants, Toulouse and ist suburbs is one of the first metropol in South West Europe.

Metro, parking, bridges, highways, development of Toulouse Blagnac Airport.. the feature of the Rose City for the years 2000 is already planted. Confronted to the rush of new residents (around 15 000 or 20 000 inhabitants per year, actually) the city is facing since few years to a new phase of construction works.

Many examples, on the area of our agency : a second ligne of metro opened in summer 2007, the district of Marengo (110.000 m2 built, of which 700 apartments), the new Mediatheque José Cabanis recently installed in Marengo Arch, the new District of Borderouge (3.500 apartments for about 12.000 persons).. Last but not least, an important project of development on the area Matabiau-Marengo-Périole-Raynal (57 hectares) is actually studied with the arrival of the new TGV for 2016, and the foreseeable extension of the new station.
